Genlis Metal is an independent European zinc alloys producer.

Pressure die casting and gravity die casting alloys

  • Zamak 3 (Z0400): alloy with an excellent balance between mechanical strength and surface treatment finish.
  • Zamak 5 (Z0410): the most commonly used alloy in Europe thanks to its mechanical strength, ductility and fluidity.
  • Zamak 2 (Z0430): alloy offering the highest mechanical strength and hardness (thanks to its 3% copper content).
  • KS, Kayem, KS+: alloys mainly intended for gravity die casting.
  • All our die casting alloys (ZA8, ZA12, ZA27, Beric, etc.) are developed either at Genlis Metal or at our sister company Adial, subject to customer request.

Galvanising alloys

Zinc and aluminium alloys, with or without rare earths or other additives. Compositions made to order, with 0% to 100% zinc and aluminium, by Genlis Metal and Adial.
